• YOUR FATHER'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE
• YOUR FATHER'S CERTIFICATE OF NATURALIZATION - If your father never naturalized, provide his
Italian passport and green card.
• YOUR MOTHER'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE
• YOUR PARENTS' MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE
• YOUR FATHER'S DEATH CERTIFICATE, if applicable
• YOUR PARENT'S DIVORCE JUDGMENT/NON APPEAL, if applicable
• YOUR BIRTH CERTIFICATE
• YOUR MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE, if applicable
• YOUR CHILDREN'S BIRTH CERTIFICATES if applicable
Situation: You were born while your father was still an Italian Citizen.
The documents issued in the USA by the Vital Statistic, like BC, MC, DC, must be in Long Form.
They must be accompanied by an Apostille. Divorce and Non Appeal also require an Apostille.
Birth, Marriage, Death, Divorce certificates MUST BE TRANSLATED in Italian. We provide such
